Tabrizi's Terms Of Use And Policies

This privacy policy describes Tabrizi's current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by us through our website, This privacy policy is independent from Tabrizi's offline personal data collection practices. The term "personal data" refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally, including your other individual information. 

Notification of Changes to This Policy

Tabrizi's is continually improving and adding new functionality and features to its web site. Because of these ongoing changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, Tabrizi's data practices will change from time to time. Restaurant Reservations

Tabrizi's makes available restaurant reservation services (the “Reservation Services”) through Tabrizi's website or over the phone for the purpose of assisting Users in securing dining reservations. The availability of reservations is based on the current Baltimore City social distancing and the headcount allowed by the city guidance. Once a reservation request is made by a User through Tabrizi's website, and it has been received, Tabrizi's will provide a confirmation number of the reservation to the User by email or other electronic messages as has been received and agreed to by the User. By using the Reservation Services, User agrees to receive reservation confirmation updates, modifications and/or cancellations by email, phone call, or other electronic messages. The User reservation is never confirmed unless Tabrizi's calls the User with a verbal confirmation.

No-Show Policy

Tabrizi's is committed to providing superior quality services to Users. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for the Restaurant and our patrons, Users must cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation. You may cancel your reservation via Tabrizi's website, or by calling the Restaurant directly. Tabrizi's may be required to cancel your reservation for any or no reason whatsoever. 


If you are unable to keep your reservation and you fail to cancel at least 30 minutes in advance of the reservation, Tabrizi's will list you on the block list where you won't be able to make future reservations. Upon arriving at the Restaurant, it is the User’s responsibility to notify the host that the User has a reservation. By using the Reservation Services, User agrees to receive a no-show notification by email after a report that your reservation was not honored, whether or not that was in fact the case.  User agrees that all final no-show determinations will be made by Tabrizi's in its sole discretion. By using Tabrizi's online reservations at, you agree to these terms and conditions.


Alcohol Consumption and Serving the Public

We reserve the right to cutoff, and or limit alcoholic consumption to any guest for any or no reason. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason or no reason at all. Reservations can be cancelled at any time with or without notification.

Personal Data Collected Through

Other than cookies, as described below, the only personal data we currently collect through our web site is the information you voluntarily give us when you use our sites. For example, you may use this site to contact us with questions and comments. 

When you fill out a form on our web site, you may provide your name and other contact information, including your company's name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address or the mailing address of your company or other personal information. If you do not wish to fill out all of the information on the form you are not required to do so. Our contact form requires only your name and e-mail address. 

When you submit information to us through, you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you enter a valid e-mail address. When you use our web site to browse for information, you are not providing us with any personal information.
